The cancellation deadline for UGM 2020 is Friday, August 7. Registrations cancelled after this date are subject to a $100 late cancellation fee. Close popup Hotel Cancellation Policy. Madison Area Hotels. Reservations must be cancelled by July 27, 2020 at 4:00 pm (CT). Attendees who cancel reservations after 4:00 pm (CT) on July 27, 2020 will be charged a cancellation fee equal to two nights of room and tax charges (fees will be charged to the credit card on file with Meetingmax or the hotel). No-Show Policy and Fees If you do not cancel reservations and do not check-in on the scheduled day of check-in, the hotel may charge you the full amount of all reserved nights plus applicable taxes (fees will be charged to the credit card on file with Meetingmax or the hotel).
